Our Fees ABORTIONS Under 13 Weeks $500 13-14 Weeks $700 For Rh negative patients, there is an additional $30 charge for Rhogam if under 13 weeks, and an additional $60 charge if 13+ weeks. Although, we participate in many managed care insurance plans, most of these plans do not cover elective abortion procedures. We will file insurance claims for possible reimbursement upon patient's request.
